I have been attending Fitness Personally for the past 12 years and have found it a beneficial and enjoyable way to exercise and maintain fitness.

For someone who spent a lot of their youth and early adolescent life involved in competitive sport and then having a long period of sporting inactivity and absence of physical training I have found Fitness Personally to be a balanced and rewarding way to pursue a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Ian, Tess and Julie have been of great assistance to me over many years in keeping me active and maintaining a lifestyle which without their contribution I would not have found possible.

….it matters not if you’re fit and young and still competing, or have some sport injury niggles or you’re just slowing down. FITNESS PERSONALLY is a great environment to keep strong and competitive, or get back the feeling of trusting your body, remaining supple and flexible, and allowing you to keep doing the things you love.

The mature, trained personnel are few and focused so you get expert detailed attention every time, delivered simply, with fun and varied equipment.

If you want to work on specific skills, you’ll get the guidance, oh yes, and you’ll sweat by the time the hour is up and with no injuries or “I’m never going back “thoughts.

The location is ideal, with a big quiet room, air conditioned and professionally run.
Don’t miss it.

…a user for over 4 yrs and still there and happy…

Fitness Personally/OD on Movement is a fun journey for both clients and trainers. The studio background is often a mix of play, challenge and energy while clients are engaged in corrective kinetic development, and acquiring a variety of fitness skills such as fascia release, mobilizers and functional pain free movement.

Our selection of Fitness Personally/OD on Movement was influenced by the core philosophy of client focus and the hands on support supplied by Ian. We continue to be impressed with the embrace of change as well as with personal outcomes

What good fortune! The progress of my nerve disorder meant practicing Yoga no longer gave me the exercise I so strongly needed so I popped my head into the door along the hall opposite my Yoga room and enquired about “Fitness Personally”.

That was five years ago.

Instead of now being in a wheel chair, my dear trainer has me catching tennis balls, returning volleyballs, strengthening my whole body and awakening the pathways of the nerves that are still functioning so they can be as healthy as possible. Julies’ degree makes her qualified to help me.

Best of all, it is such fun in the warm, welcoming atmosphere at Fitness Personally.
